This article explains how to leave comments on basic content and rich content videos. All users with access to Crafter are able to leave time-coded comments on videos which help teams seamlessly gather feedback from reviewers. Getting started with comments in Crafter? Please refer to this article.

In Crafter Preview Tab enable Comment toggle in the top navigation bar.
- Play the video you would like to leave feedback on.

While playing the video, you can easily leave a comment on the desired area. Video is paused automatically and the current time label will be added to the comment.

Once a comment is saved, a blue marker is added to the progress bar of the video.
When you click on a blue marker in the play bar, the associated note will become highlighted, and you’ll be taken to that specific place in the video as well.
All notes appear on the list on the right side of the page. Clicking on a note on the list takes you to that exact spot in the video.
