In this article we'll give you some basic information related to Rich Content such as - where to find it, how to modify it, how to save it and how to preview the effects of changes.
1. In Browser select the product you are interested in. Then right-click on that product and select "Open with" from the list and check "Crafter".
This will take you to the product card for that product.
2. In the Crafter tool, select the "Design" tab and then click on "RICH MARKETING CONTENT.
3. On the left are the options available for editing Rich Content.
Going one by one there are options: Headers, Features, FAQ, Product Information, Video, More Features, Disclaimer and Tables.
You can click on different types of components, and even elements that are in components. After selecting them, a window will appear on the right, which will allow you to change the parameters appropriate for this element/component.
4. Once you have made the changes you want to save the product card by clicking on the floppy icon on the top bar - until you save the changes you will not be able to access the "Preview" and "History" tabs.
5. Under the "Preview" tab, you can preview the entire product card with Basic and Rich Content.
At the bottom right is the ability to change the appearance of the preview on smartphones (portrait and landscape orientation), tablets (portrait and landscape orientation) and PCs.
6 In the "History" tab you can see who, when and what changes were made for this card.
