How to submit a request ticket?

We are trying to provide you with some needed help as soon as possible. To do so successfully, we kindly ask you to specify the following details about your request:

  1. Which platform do you have a problem with?
  2. Which modules? F. ex.: a specific folder, market, process, etc.
  3. Please, specify what solution would satisfy you, what is the result that you do expect.
  4. Let us know how it looks like from your account by attaching a screenshot.
  5. Also, try to provide us with the link to a webpage.
  6. If possible, attach all files that can be needed, so that you won't be asked for sending them later.


As for the tickets, there are two options for how to make one. The first one, is directly through Synthrone Support website:

  1. Open Synthrone Support websiteClick SUBMIT A TICKET button:


  2. Fill in the form. Describe your query and attach any needed files, like screenshots.
    Remember to mark the reCAPTCHA:
  3.  If you are ready, press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page, to send the ticket:


The other option is submitting a ticket from any Synthrone product:

1. Click a question mark button:

2. Then fill the similar form and submit your request.

As you can see on the screenshot above, you can use a search form in order to look for some related articles. They will also appear while you fill the "What do you need help with?" input box. In case of using directly Synthrone Support website, only second option is available.
