Syndication Manager – Publisher overview

In the Syndication workflow, you can have access to the Syndication Manager tab inside the Publisher. It consists of a table with a list of all syndicated content:

Filters:

1. You can filter the list by selecting the appropriate filters:
   
   
   
2. Write exact Retailer Product Code (RPC) or Crafter ID in the search bar to find specific items:
   
   
   Note:
   Several RPC might be related to a single RPC. Refer to this guide to learn about multiple RPC assigned to a single product file (.pdpd):
   
   

Table
is a list of all syndicated content, both live and removed. Syndicated content could be a product card (.pdpd) or a landing page.

1. You can sort items on the list by using the Arrows button:
   
   
   Note:
   The present mode of sorting will be indicated by a single up or down arrow.
   
   
2. Click on the plus button to view the details about syndicated content:
   
   
   
3. You can remove live syndicated content by using the Remove button:
   
   
   
4. To restore the removed syndicated content, use the Restore button:
   
   
   
5. To see the changes, refresh the list by selecting the Refresh button:
   
   
   
6. To quickly open in Crafter syndicated content, click on items Crafter ID number:
   
   
   Note:
   Opened Crafter ID number (link), will be marked with a different color.
   
   
7. Preview content, by clicking the Preview button:
