Contact Support button – Overview

  1. If you want to contact the Support team, click on the Contact Support button (icon with a Questionmark), located in the upper menu bar of every Synthrone App:


    Note:
    If nothing happens after clicking on this button, disable any AdBlock software you are using.


  2. This will open a ticket form. If you have a specific question in mind you can type it or any keywords associated with your inquiry in the search bar on the right side. You can also click on the Browse help articles button to all articles.


  3. After typing a keyword, the most relevant results will show. To view all results, click on the Show all results button:


  4. If still need help or have other questions fill in the ticket form. You can instantly take and attach the ticket a Screenshot of a screen you were on before clicking on the Support button (icon with a question mark in the upper menu bar):


  5. The screen will be automatically attached to the ticket:


  6. When you are ready, click on the Submit button. Remember to add info like links to the specific folder or a file:
