Quite often you may see that the export you make fails. It looks in the following way:
Failing export might be quite an annoying thing, especially when you are trying to download a big amount of content from Synthrone.
If you want to understand what was the case, you need to press a magnifying glass icon next to the red stripe in the export line and check the code.
Given that it might not always be clear for a user we suggest to send us a ticket to make sure you get professional help.
